Important notice for orders shipped to the United States!
Due to the removal of the de minimis exemption by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties and taxes regardless of order value.
The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery. For uncollected and returned shipments, the refund amount will be reduced by the import duty and shipping cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

This user agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use of palaset.com web service owned by Plastep Oy. When a person uses the service, orders product(s) or completes the registration process he or she agrees to this agreement.

Registration

User can register as an user by filling out the register form and choosing an user name and password. Registration is free of any charges. By registration User warrants that he/she has read the provisions of this agreement, agrees to these provisions and pledges oneself to comply with these provisions.

Privacy policy

Plastep Oy is committed to respecting User´s privacy. Plastep Oy is the sole owner of the information collected on Palaset.com. Plastep Oy does not transfer any information given by the User for third party for any other purpose than processing the order. Plastep Oy reserves right to transfer the information provided by the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of laws and violation of good practice (bona mores) by the User. User has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the register.

DELIVERY TERMS

We will deliver your order within approximately two weeks of your order. The order may, if necessary, be divided into several items. The current prices of the products are displayed on the web shop and all prices are in Euros. If you do not pick up the shipment, it will be kept to be dispatched the time locally agreed,.after which the shipment will be returned to us. You will be notified once of the arrival of the consignment.
If you do not pick up the shipment, it will be handled in accordance with the distance selling agreement.
Shipments not collected will be returned to the sender and will be subject to a return fee equal to the delivery costs.
In such a case, the distance selling contract will expire and payments will be refunded minus the return costs.

You will receive an order confirmation with the delivery, which will serve as a receipt for your purchase and as a possible guarantee certificate.

Customer shall pay all local custom clearance fees.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Plc will be credited to the payer by bank statement or card payment and forward payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, we ask you to contact the vendor first.

Online Banking

The payment transfer service associated with e-payment is implemented by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Return and exchange policy

We want you to be happy with the products you order! We have tried to give you as much information as possible about our products on our website to get the best possible picture of each product. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you will have 14 days of exchange and return on all your products. However, the product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange or return by mail:

If you send the item to be replaced or returned by post, use the CUSTOMER CODE card instead of the standard package card and attach the packing list to the shipment.
