Terms and Conditions

This user agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use of palaset.com web service owned by Plastep Oy. When a person uses the service, orders product(s) or completes the registration process he or she agrees to this agreement.

All rights are reserved to the Plastep Oy. Plastep Oy reserves the right to make changes to the Service at any time. User accepts the changes when using the Service.

Registration

User can register as an user by filling out the register form and choosing an user name and password. Registration is free of any charges. By registration User warrants that he/she has read the provisions of this agreement, agrees to these provisions and pledges oneself to comply with these provisions.

Privacy policy

Plastep Oy is committed to respecting User´s privacy. Plastep Oy is the sole owner of the information collected on Palaset.com. Plastep Oy does not transfer any information given by the User for third party for any other purpose than processing the order. Plastep Oy reserves right to transfer the information provided by the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of laws and violation of good practice (bona mores) by the User. User has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the register.

DELIVERY TERMS

We will deliver your order within approximately two weeks of your order. The order may, if necessary, be divided into several items. The current prices of the products are displayed on the web shop and all prices are in Euros. If you do not pick up the shipment, it will be kept to be dispatched the time locally agreed,.after which the shipment will be returned to us. The arrival of the consignment will be notified once by arrival. If you don’t pick up shipment it will be handled according distance selling agreement. Shipment not picked up will be returned to the sender and will be subject to a surcharge of Eur 62 In such a case, the distance selling contract will expire and the credit will be refunded with the amount of return costs. The order may also be re-sent to you once you have paid a fee of Eur 62 and re-dispatched the shipping cost of EUR 62 if your order value is less than EUR 50.

You will receive an order confirmation with the delivery, which will serve as a receipt for your purchase and as a possible guarantee certificate.

Customer shall pay all local custom clearance fees.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Plc will be credited to the payer by bank statement or card payment and forward payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, we ask you to contact the vendor first.

Online Banking

The payment transfer service associated with e-payment is implemented by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Return and exchange policy

We want you to be happy with the products you order! We have tried to give you as much information as possible about our products on our website to get the best possible picture of each product. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you will have 14 days of exchange and return on all your products. However, the product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange or return by mail:

If you send the item to be replaced or returned by post, use the CUSTOMER CODE card instead of the standard package card and attach the packing list to the shipment.

Remember to enter your account number! One part of the card will remit you for a refund. Plastep Oy pays shipping costs. The handling of exchanges and refunds takes about 2-3 weeks.
