Plastep Oy’s Palaset products were prominently showcased at their own exhibition stand at the Interior Lifestyle Tokyo fair in June. The timelessly designed storage solutions and distinctive Fantti and Karhu moneyboxes attracted significant interest.

During the three-day exhibition, the Palaset stand was bustling with activity. Visitors from Japan and many other countries stopped by the stand. “We were the only Finnish company to participate with our own exhibition stand. The investment paid off as we received a lot of positive feedback from visitors,” said Sales and Marketing Director Hannele Piispanen, who attended the event alongside the company’s CEO Antti Zitting. “Our local partner, CEO Misa Matsumura of Puddleby Inc. from Tokyo, was also present at our stand, and together with them, we established excellent contacts with local buyers.”

The Scandinavian design language and color palette of Palaset products appeal to Japanese consumers, and the high quality of manufacturing is highly valued there. Participating in the fair together with a local partner further strengthens the good cooperation and brings Palaset closer to the end customer.
